What does counselling involve?A long term commitment to counselling is not essential - many people find a short sequence of sessions sufficient for their needs. Sessions usually last 50 minutes, generally at weekly intervals.
As a Counselling Psychologist, I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
My counselling and psychotherapy practice is within easy reach of Richmond and Twickenham, and I am located about a two minute walk from St Margaret's Station.
